  • Develop a sense of leadership, responsibilities and qualities in each student in at their stage of development. E.g. SRC Student Ministries, Buddies, Friendship Day, Self Esteem Day, Team Building, Leadership Day.
  • In a climate of trust provide opportunities for leadership roles within staff.
  • Strive towards Christ's example of leadership.

  • Promote sense of community through programs such as for example Buddies, Peer Support, Peer Tutor program, P and F, Class Parents. Mothers and Father?s Day Lunch, Grandparent?s Day.

  • Promote community issues to provide another angle of education other than home, school or media environment.
  • Actively contribute to the Parish and wider community, e.g. community visits, charity events, Anzac Day, Sacramental Programs, Mass, Infants Sports Day.
